QZ1227A Full automatic down folding folder gluer includes four parts: paper feeding part, gluing part, folding part and flapping & ejecting part.

  Paper feeding part:

  1)   Vacuum suction paper feeding.

  2)   Back gauge height is adjustable, can apply to bending cardboard.

  Gluing part:

  1)   Glue box flexibly fix to glue wheel without leakage.

  2)   Imported diaphragm pump with high quality, durable in use.

  3)   Ordinary glue can use to reduce production cost.

  4)   Optional to use insulation glue barrel, keep optimum temperature to work in winter.

  Folding part:

  1)   Squaring function improve glue precision and control hem seam effectively.

  2)   Creasing function to improve precision of gluing.

  3)   Convenient to adjust folding guide bar and shorten time for changing sheet.

  Flapping & Ejecting part:

  1)   Long time for flapping is favorable for enhancing glue precision.
